D. ORIENTATION OF NEW PERSONNEL <br />All new employees will be required to complete a two (2) week <br />orientation program. <br />In addition to data and materials regarding their employment with <br />CMCMC, the New Employee Orientation Program will provide <br />employees with information on the business commitment to the City as <br />well as knowledge about the unique operating guidelines within the Jail. <br />We also work with the Jail so that all CMCMC employees receive an <br />orientation to the Jail's security practices, and policies and procedures <br />including the pamphlet "Anatomy of a Set Up". <br />CMCMC will also provide an adequate number of reference books for use <br />by the medical staff. Reference books will include, but not be limited to, <br />current medical dictionary, current Physician's Desk Reference, Drug <br />Handbooks and physical assessment manuals. <br />CMCMC will provide job descriptions for all staff positions. All <br />employees will receive a copy of their respective job description, and <br />signed acknowledgment of receipt will be placed in all personnel files. <br />Job descriptions will be reviewed and updated annually to ensure <br />compliance with standards and contract requirements. <br />E.
