Section 3. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby authorizes and <br />directs the City Attorney's Office to prepare and authorize the Chief of Police and the <br />Clerk of the Council to enter into reimbursement agreements for equipment, services, or <br />training with the County of Orange or any of the cities located in the designated <br />Anaheim /Santa Ana Urban Area. <br />Section 4. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby approves an <br />Appropriation Adjustment recognizing the FY 2013 Urban Area Security Initiative in the <br />amount of $2,715,000 and appropriates same in the FY 2013 Urban Area Security <br />Initiative Program Grant expenditure accounts. <br />Section 5. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by <br />the City Council and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the vote adopting <br />this Resolution. <br />ADOPTED this _ day of 2013. <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Sonia R.
