approval may be granted based on the City's best interest. The maximum rate may be set as <br />either a flat rate per entry or an increased incremental rate based upon time of entry and <br />duration of parking. For purposes of this Resolution a special event is a City- approved event <br />that requires street closures. <br />Section 5. If there are any conflicts between the parking rates adopted in this <br />Resolution and any parking rates adopted by prior resolution or policy, the rates adopted in this <br />Resolution shall take precedence. <br />Section 6. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by the City <br />Council, and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the vote adopting this <br />Resolution. <br />ADOPTED this 3rd day of September, 2013. <br />Miguel A.
