Assurances of confidentiality are not provided <br />under this collection. <br />1.1 Parties <br />This Agreement to Enter into Housing Assistance Payments Contract ( "Agreement ") is <br />entered into between: Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana ( "PHA ") and <br />815 N Harbor, LP <br />1.2 Purpose <br />The owner agrees to develop the Housing Assistance Payments Contract ( "HAP <br />contract ") units to in accordance with Exhibit B to comply with Housing Quality <br />Standards ( "HQS "), and the PHA agrees that, upon timely completion of such <br />development in accordance with the terms of the Agreement, the PHA will enter into a <br />HAP contract with the owner of the contract units. <br />1.3 Contents of Agreement <br />This Agreement consists of Part I, Part II and the following Exhibits: <br />EXHIBIT A: The approved owner's PBV proposal.
