A-2013-100 <br />�, CLERK Op rn iw <br />r, DATE iUL 2 8 2013i rE + li <br />C1 E-IG4 H AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />E Ji1{�L <br />THIS EIGH44f MENDMENT TO AGREEMENT ("Amendment') made and <br />entered into this .3 Mday of June, 2013, by and between The Library Corporation, Inc., a <br />J� corporation organized under the laws of the State of Maryland, ("TLC') and the City of <br />Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the <br />(� Constitution and the laws of the State of California ("City"). <br />f <br />RECITALS: <br />A. On December 3, 2001, the parties entered into Agreement # A-2001-238, <br />c` <br />by which TLC has provided a library automation system for City including the database <br />subscription services and maintenance. The Agreement was extended and amended by <br />Agreement Nos. A-2001-238, A-2003-11 I, A-2004-191, A2005-269, A-2007-229, A- <br />2008-267, N-2009-107, and A-2010-96. <br />B. In order to provide continuous uninterrupted service, the Parties now <br />desire to extend and amend the Agreement to increase the compensation to pay for an <br />additional one-year database subscription service in an amount not to exceed $36,059.00. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of their mutual and respective promises, and <br />subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement as hereby amended, the parties <br />hereby agree as follows: <br />I . The compensation for the Agreement shall be increased by an additional <br />$36,059.00 to pay for database subscription services and maintenance for the term <br />through June 30, 2014. <br />2.
