Budget Narrative <br />Personnel $92,655.00 <br />Case Manager--100% FTE for 11 months: $39,600 (Benefits Included) <br />40-hours a week 11 months @ $20.00 per hour <br />The Case Manager will work 40 hours a week for 11 months providing: recruitment & intake, assessment, <br />documentation & case notes; identify barriers and goals; monitor progress & goals; meet regularly with <br />individual WIA participants to train on employment and job skills; represent OCCTAC in provider network and <br />youth council meetings; organize and attend OCCTAC-WIA Staff Meetings and document input; organize <br />related activities. <br />Case Manager Assistant --100% FTE for IO months: $10,125.00 (Benefits Included) <br />15-hours a week 10 months @ $15.00 per hour <br />The Case Manager Assistant will work 15 hours a week for 10 months providing: recruitment & intake, <br />assessment, documentation & case notes; identify barriers and goals; monitor progress & goals; meet regularly <br />with individual WIA participants to train on employment and job skills; represent OCCTAC in provider <br />network and youth council meetings; organize and attend OCCTAC-WIA Staff Meetings and document input; <br />organize related activities. <br />Arts/Technology Instructor—PTE for 10 months: $8,100.00 (Benefits Included) <br />10-hours a week for 10 months @ $18.00 per hour <br />The respective position will be responsible for providing educational and career training to all WIA participants <br />as it relates to the arts and technology emphasis; mentoring and assisting participants with related work <br />experience placement; observing and monitoring participants with technical/artistic skills; documenting <br />progress throughout the program; meeting regularly & individually with WIA participants to train on related <br />curriculum; and attending regular team meetings. <br />Math Coacldlnstruetor—PTEfor 10 months: $8,100 (Benefits Included) <br />10-hours a week for 10 months @ $18.00 per hour <br />The respective position will be responsible for assessing the numeric and basic skills of all participants; <br />teaching WIA participant's learning and mathematical solving strategies; monitor & document providing <br />educational and career training to all participants as it assisting participants with related work experience <br />placement; observing and monitoring participants with technical skills; documenting progress throughout the <br />program; meeting regularly & individually with WIA participants to train on related curriculum; and attending <br />regular team meetings. <br />Literacy/Instntctor—PTEfor IO months: $12,150.00 (Benefits Included) <br />15-hours a week for 10 months @ $18.00 per hour <br />Positions is responsible for assessing the literacy and basic skills of all WIA participants; teaching WIA <br />participant's learning and literacy strategies; monitor & document literacy progress throughout the program; <br />meeting regularly with WIA participants and attend regular team meetings. <br />EXHIBIT G <br />
