Huizar <br />Pursuant to Agreement #N-2011-119, entered between National Data & Surveying Services, Inc., <br />and the City of Santa Ana, dated September 1, 2011, Section 3 - Term, the time period of said <br />Agreement is hereby extended through December 31, 2013. The insurance certificates and <br />Additional Insured Endorsement are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this <br />extension.
