(c) With respect to architects, engineers, or surveyors, • coverage does not apply to "Bodily Injury," "Property Damage," 'Personal and Ad- vertising Injury' arising out of the rendering or the fail- ure to render any profes- sional services by or for you including: (i) the preparing, approv- ing, or failing to pre- pare or approve maps, drawings, opinions, re- ports, surveys, change orders, designs or specifications; and 00 supervisory, inspection, or engineering services. Transfer of Rights of Recovery Against Others to us and Blanket Waiver of Subrogation a. If an Insured has rights to recover all or part of any payment we have made under this Coverage Part, those rights are transferred to us. The Insured must do nothing after loss to impair them.
