The Villa has been a part of the
Santa Ana community for many decades, providing Santa Ana residents who are homeless, or at imminent risk
of homelessness, a place to live while they recover from alcoholism and drug addiction.
The Villa provides a temporary, safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for women who are often homeless
or at risk of homelessness, where they can learn to live a life free of addiction and begin a lifelong path toward
recovery and self- sufficiency. Each resident is assigned a counselor /case manager who works with her to
develop a recovery plan that includes action steps and measurable goals. The recovery plan moves the client,
during her average 90 -day stay with us, toward long -term achievements such as planning to return to school,
finding employment, and re- establishing family relationships.
