E. If the Union does not abide by these provisions, it will forfeit its right to have <br />materials posted on the City's employee bulletin boards. <br />F. The Union shall not be permitted to post any material that is prohibited by State <br />law or the City Charter. <br />18.5 Use of City Facilities. The City shall allow the Union to conduct meetings in the City's <br />public meeting rooms during non-working hours provided such meetings are scheduled in <br />accordance with regulations governing the use of public meeting rooms at City facilities; <br />provided, however, the Union shall not be permitted to use City facilities to discuss or <br />present any matter that is prohibited by State law or the City Charter. <br />67 <br />25B-107
