The additional units <br />will generate 3 AM Peak Hour trips, 4 PM Peak Hour trips and 42 Average Daily Trips. <br />As shown on the attached tables, the proposed project with a total of 264 apartment homes <br />would still have a significantly lower trip generation when compared to the previously <br />approved project.
