Conditionally Permitted Uses <br />The following uses are permitted upon the approval of a conditional use <br />permit in accordance with the Santa Ana Municipal code: <br />a. Within Buildings A, B, C and D (as identified on site plan): <br />i. Uscs open between midnight to 5:00 a.m. <br />ii. Banquet facilities, subject to development and operational <br />standards set forth in 41- 199.1. <br />iii. Nightclubs, bars and indoor entertainment uses whether <br />freestanding or part of another permitted or conditionally <br />permitted use, except adult entertainment businesses. <br />iv.
