a. Parking has been calculated utilizing the Urban <br />Land Institute methodology for shared parking. As <br />such, the following square footage can be utilized <br />within the commercial area of the City Place <br />development project: <br />For the first 23,300 square feet of restaurant, <br />33,800 square feet of retail, the parking <br />requirement shall be 410 parking spaces. <br />ii. Any additional development above item <br />4A.a. i. shall be parked pursuant to the <br />City's parking standards then in effect. <br />b.
