a. Parking has been calculated utilizing the Urban <br />Land Institute methodology for shared parking. As <br />such, the following square footage can be utilized <br />within the commercial area of the City Place <br />development project: <br />For the first 23,300 square feet of restaurant, <br />33,800 square feet of retail, the parking <br />requirement shall be 410 parking spaces. <br />ii. Any additional development above item <br />4A.a. i. shall be parked pursuant to the <br />City's parking standards then in effect. <br />b. Lot 1 of Vesting Vesting Tract Map No. 2004 -06 <br />(County No. 16565) Mulit - family Residential 13n <br />Parking <br />L One, two and three bedroom units shall <br />provide 1.8 two parking spaces per unit. <br />ii. In addition to items 4.b.i, 0.2 parking spaces <br />shall be provided as guest parking. <br />iii. Up to 64% of the required tenant parking <br />(item 4.b.i) shall be designed in a tandem <br />configuration. <br />be.
