All street furniture surfaces, pedestrian -level walls and <br />amenities shall incorporate graffiti resistant coatings. <br />k. Soft as well as hard surfaced areas shall be incorporated <br />into the Plaza area. Plaza area paving shall consist of <br />quality decorative elements. <br />Lighting height in the plaza area should be at a pedestrian <br />scale. A range between 16 feet and 22 feet in the plaza area <br />should be fully illuminated from dusk until dawn.
