The theme is: <br />"Oceanside Harbor Artwalk: Heritage and History" <br />This is an excellent opportunity for both professional <br />and non - professional artists, from San Diego County, to <br />participate in a project to beautify the Harbor of <br />Oceanside, by transforming a utility box into a work of art. <br />M <br />The Details: <br />* - - 4W <br />21 <br />Utility Boxes: <br />• The first phase of the project will involve the painting of 8 utility boxes at the <br />Oceanside Harbor on Harbor Drive North. <br />• The theme is: "Oceanside Harbor Artwalk: Heritage and History". <br />• Artists' work will reviewed by a panel of jurors. <br />• Each finalist will paint one utility box. <br />• Primer, Sandpaper and Paint will be provided. <br />• Artists will supply their own brushes. <br />• City of Oceanside will paint an overlay of anti - graffiti coating upon completion. <br />• Artists will work on a volunteer basis. <br />• Finalists will be chosen based on artistic excellence and relevance to the theme: <br />"Oceanside Harbor Artwalk: History and Heritage ". <br />EXHIBIT 6 <br />25E -57 <br />
