Approval of the proposed Merger would not directly result <br />in any activities that would be in conflict with the AQMP. <br />However, future redevelopment activities implemented within <br />the Merged Project Area could be in conflict with the AQMP. <br />However, through the City's development review process, <br />future redevelopment activities implemented within the <br />Merged Project Area would be evaluated for consistency with <br />the AQMP. <br />(B.C.D.E) Less Than Significant Impact <br />Approval of the proposed Merger would not directly result <br />in any short -term construction related or long -term <br />operational air quality impacts or odor impacts. Though, <br />future redevelopment activities implemented within the <br />Merged Project Area could potentially result in short -term <br />and long -term air quality impacts and odor impacts. <br />However, through the City's development review process, <br />future redevelopment activities implemented within the <br />Merged Project Area would be evaluated for potential short - <br />term and long -term air quality impacts and odor impacts and <br />where needed mitigation measures would be identified to <br />avoid or minimize air quality and odor impacts. <br />III. BIOLOGICAL RESOURCES <br />(A.B.C.D) No Impact <br />According to the California Department of Fish and Game T <br />Natural Diversity Data Base, the Merged Project Area would <br />not contain any biological resources. Therefore, approval <br />and implementation of the proposed Merger would not have <br />any direct or indirect impacts on biological resources. <br />IV. CULTURAL RESOURCES <br />(A.B.C.D) Less Than Significant Impact <br />According to the City's General Plan Land Use Element EIR, <br />the City of Santa Ana has a variety of known cultural <br />resources. Additionally, the City has high probability for <br />the discovery of unknown resources. Approval of the <br />- proposed Merger would not result in any direct impacts to _ <br />known or unknown cultural resources, in that the project <br />does not involve any activities that would impact known or <br />unknown cultural resources.
