(B) Less Than Significant Impact <br />Approval of the proposed Merger would not directly result <br />in any significant cumulative impacts. Though, future <br />redevelopment activities implemented within the Merged <br />Project Area could potentially result in adverse cumulative <br />impacts. However, through the City's development review <br />process, future redevelopment activities implemented within <br />the Merged Project Area would be evaluated to determine <br />cumulative impacts and if needed to identify needed <br />mitigation measures to avoid or minimize potential <br />cumulative impacts. <br />(C) Less Than Significant Impact <br />Approval of the proposed Merger would not directly cause <br />any substantial adverse effects on human beings. However, <br />future redevelopment activities implemented within the <br />Merged Project Area could potentially result in adverse <br />impacts to human beings. However, through the City's <br />development review process, future redevelopment activities <br />implemented within the Merged Project Area would be <br />evaluated for potential adverse impacts on human beings. <br />Where needed, mitigation measures would be required to <br />avoid or minimize potential impacts to human beings. <br />XVIII. DETERMINATION <br />Based upon the evidence in light of the whole record t <br />documented in the above evaluation and cited references, I <br />find that the proposed project would not have a significant <br />impact on the environment and a Negative Declaration has <br />been prepared. <br />XVIV.
