Agency staff is hereby directed to work with the City Clerk and Agency <br />advisors in the mailing of a copy of the aforesaid notice and related materials attached <br />herewith, pursuant to Sections 33452 and 33486 of the CRL, to the last known assessee of <br />each parcel of land within the Existing Project Areas as shown on the last equalized <br />assessment rolls of Orange County and the State of California. The notice shall be sent to <br />all property and business owners, tenants and residents within the Existing Project Areas, <br />and to all affected taxing entities, which receive a portion of the ad valorem taxes levied on <br />properties within the Existing Project Areas. <br />Section 6. Agency staff is hereby directed to work with the City Clerk and Agency <br />advisors in the publishing of the aforesaid notice, including a map and a reference to the <br />availability of the legal description for the Existing Project Areas (as recorded with the <br />Orange County Recorder), prior to the date of the joint public hearing in a newspaper of <br />general circulation for period not less than once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks. <br />The notice shall be published in the Orange County Register on August 2, 9, 16, 23 and <br />30, 2004, to satisfy this requirement. <br />ADOPTED this 19! day of Jam, 2004. <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Joseph W.
