Federal Aviation Administration Aeronautical Study No. <br />Western Pacific Regional Offi F yy�� <br />, „ PO Box 92007 -AWP -520 �E C E IVE.0./POriorAStudy7No0E <br />�=� Los Angeles, CA 90009 -2007 2003 -AWP- 2869 -OE <br />SEP 2 9 2003 <br />Issued Date: 9/23/2003 CRP <br />FRANCO MOLA SANTA ANA <br />COASTAL RIM PROPERTIES <br />139 EAST ALTON AVE <br />SANTA ANA, CA 92707 <br />** DETERMINATION OF NO HAZARD TO AIR NAVIGATION ** <br />The Federal Aviation Administration has completed an aeronautical study under <br />the provisions of 49 U.S.C., Section 44718 and, if applicable, Title 14 of the <br />Code of Federal Regulations, part 77, concerning: <br />Structure Type: Building <br />Location; SANTA ANA, CA <br />Latitude: 33 -42 -2 NAD 83 <br />Longitude: 117 -51 -51 <br />Heights: 250 feet above ground level (AGL) <br />287 feet above mean sea level (AMSL) <br />This aeronautical study revealed that the structure would have no substantial <br />adverse effect on the safe and efficient utilization of the navigable airspace <br />by aircraft or on the operation of air navigation facilities, Therefore, <br />pursuant to the authority delegated to me, it is hereby determined that the <br />structure would not be a hazard to air navigation provided the following <br />condition(s) is(are) met: <br />As a condition to this Determination., t ",n structure should be marked and /or <br />lighted in accordance with FAA Advisc, -y, cirr "Ir 70/7460 -1 70/7460 -1K, <br />Obstruction Marking and LigTiting, red lights - Chaphers 4,5(Red), &12. <br />It is required that the enclosed FAA Form 7460 -2, Notice of Actual Construction <br />or Alteration, be completed and returned to this office any time the project is <br />abandoned or: <br />At 'least 10 days prior to start of construction' - <br />(7460 -2, Part I) <br />_X_ Within 5 days after the construction reaches its greatest height <br />(7460 -2, Part II) <br />As a result of this structure being critical to flight safety, it is required <br />that the FAA be kept appraised as to the status of the project. Failure to <br />respond to periodic FAA inquiries could invalidate this determination. <br />See attachment for additional.condition(s) or information. <br />The structure considered under this study lies in proximity to an airport and <br />occupants may be subjected to noise from aircraft operating to and from the <br />airport. <br />This determination expires on 3/23/2005 unless: <br />(a) extended, revised or terminated by the issuing office, <br />CUP 04 -24 /DA 04 -3 /TTM 04 -5 <br />SPR 04-6/VA 04- 11/ZOA 04 -5 <br />EXHIBIT J <br />
