Continuous, light - emitting strip windows are encouraged to be in- <br />corporated into the non - showroom, general office service area. <br />Vertically mullionless windows would enhance and promote the high - <br />tech imagery and are, therefore, recommended. <br />c. All cladding shall not emphasize the vertical except at termination <br />points (changes in direction or corners). <br />3. Exposed Sub - Elements: <br />Well detailed exposed structural steel and H.V.A.C. elements shall be <br />used. This includes the extensive use of painted trusses, spaceframes, <br />metal deck ceilings, track lighting and well detailed ducting /registers. <br />4. Glass: <br />Extensive use of tinted glass in showroom, office and light - requiring <br />service building areas should be used. Compatible opaque (spandrel), <br />insulated glass is suggested for areas requiring non - vision glazing for <br />continuity of effect. The glass to be used shall have a bluish tint and <br />slight reflectivity in non - direct auto viewing area. Vision glazing <br />specifications are to be equivalent to P.P.G. 'Solarban 570 -30 Sapphire <br />Blue' series. No mirror -glass or highly reflective glass may be used. <br />5. Wall Cladding - Flat Metal Panels: <br />Smooth aluminum panels may be used in flat or curved cladding for the <br />opaque showroom and office exterior wall cladding.
