Integral color of concrete <br />shall be approved by the Architectural Review <br />Board. <br />(iii) Plain concrete with a broom finish. <br />(iv) Asphalt concrete. <br />(b) Walls: All screen walls on site and any walls exposed <br />to public view should have clinging vines attached as per <br />the approved vine list. Construction of on -site screen <br />walls shall be as per the requirements of the Architectural <br />Standards. At minimum, all screen walls shall be provided <br />with a 3 foot wide landscaped planter located adjacent to <br />the wall where such is in public view. <br />(c) Fencing: <br />(i) Chain link: Chain link fencing shall not be visible <br />from the front side of the auto dealers. It will <br />only be permitted along property lines adjacent to <br />the railroad and Newport Freeway, rights -of -way, and <br />alongside property lines behind storage screen wails <br />or other permitted structures.
