Consent to Assignment <br />Landlord hereby consents to the assignment of the Lease by Vinci to the Agency and any <br />subsequent assignment of the Lease by the Agency to Vinci. <br />Section 10. Further Assurances <br />Landlord hereby agrees to execute any and all other documents requested by the Agency <br />or any future Lessee to effectuate the terms of this Consent and Certificate. <br />Section 11.
