The Dealers Association may, from time to time, <br />and subject to the provisions of this Declaration, adopt, <br />amend and repeal rules and regulations governing the <br />operation and maintenance of the Auto Mall. <br />IV. GENERAL PROVISIONS <br />4.01 Obligation to Refrain From Discrimination <br />(a) There shall be no discrimination against or <br />segregation of any person, or group of persons, on account <br />of race, color, creed, religion, sex, marital status, <br />ancestry or national origin in the sale, lease, sublease, <br />transfer, use, occupancy, tenure or enjoyment of any Lot in <br />the Auto Mall, nor shall any Owner, himself or any person <br />claiming under or through him, establish or permit any such <br />practice of discrimination or segregation with reference to <br />the selection, location, number, use or occupancy of <br />tenants, lessees, subtenants, sublessees, or vendees of the <br />property in the Auto Mall. The foregoing covenants shall <br />run with the land. <br />(b) An Owner shall refrain from restricting the <br />rental, sale or lease of any Lot or any other property <br />within the Auto Mall on the basis of race, color, creed, <br />29 8-199 <br />
