N- 2013 -158 EXHIBIT A LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR A DEDICATION FOR STREET PURPOSES That portion of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 16, township 5 South, Range 10 West, in the City of Santa, County of Orange, State of California in the Rancho Las Bolsas, as shown on a map recorded in Book 51, Page 12, of Miscellaneous Maps in the office of the County Recorder of said county as described in a deed to the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana recorded March 4, 2008 as Instrument No. 2008 - 000100886 of Official Records in the office of said County Recorder lying southwesterly and southerly of the following described line; Beginning at a point in the southerly line of said land described in said deed to the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa, distance thereon South 89 036'10" West 25.60 feet from the southeast corner of said land; Thence departing from said southerly line North 44 °05'14" West 30.42 feet to a line that is parallel with and 22.00 feet north of said south line of said land; Thence along said parallel line South 89 036'10" West 23.50 feet to the west line of said land and the terminus of the described line. The above described parcel contains 747 square feet, more or less. The above described parcel is more particularly show on Exhibit B, attached hereto and by reference, made a part hereof.
