N -2013 -169 <br />DEC 1 8 2013 <br />PWA /Alma E <br />MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />AND <br />THE SANTA ANA WORK CENTER/WORKFORCE INVESTMENT BOARD <br />Purpose: <br />Term: <br />To describe the nature and evidence agreement between the City of Santa <br />Ana, Community Development Agency (CDA) and the Santa Ana WORK <br />Center and Workforce Investment Board in determining the services and fees for <br />locating offices at the Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center. <br />The Term of this Agreement is July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014. <br />Terms and Conditions: <br />City has agreed to allow the Santa Ana WORK Center and Workforce Investment Board <br />(WIB) to occupy space within the Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center, located at <br />1000 East Santa Ana Boulevard, Suite 200 and Suite 220, Santa Ana, CA 92701, for the <br />user fee of $15,248.00 per month. The increase in the user fee incorporates the 2.7% CPI <br />increase. This fee includes use of space, janitorial service and all utilities, except <br />telephones and any security equipment. The user fee is due the first day of each month, <br />payable to the "City of Santa Ana ". <br />Both parties are in agreement with the terms of this Memorandum of Understanding <br />effective as of July 1, 2013, and will implement it as set forth herein. <br />ATTEST: <br />A41L/t 1�r1, g✓ <br />Maria D.
