EXHIBIT B <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PREMISES <br />SITE PLANS/ DESCRIPTIVE RENDERINGS <br />However, it is expressly agreed and understood by and between LESSOR and LESSEE <br />that the exact and precise location of LESSEE's Facilities are subject to review and approval by <br />the planning and /or zoning Boards having jurisdiction over the "Premises ". <br />Therefore, it is expressly agreed and understood by and between LESSOR and LESSEE <br />that the precise location of the Premises as shown on Exhibit `B" may be modified by LESSEE in <br />order to comply with and obtain necessary planning and/or zoning approvals, and any and all <br />other approvals necessary for LESSEE's intended use of the property. The Premises as described <br />herein may therefore be modified by LESSEE to reflect the final engineering design. An <br />amended Exhibit "B" (if necessary) will be provided by LESSEE and attached to the lease in <br />place of the existing Exhibit "B ", a copy of which will be provided to LESSOR for review prior <br />to being incorporated into the Agreement. <br />45022333.1 17 <br />,Jerome Park <br />
