McFadden Avenue, Santa Ana, CA <br />THIS MEMORANDUM OF LAND LEASE AGREEMENT is made and entered into as <br />of _ , 2012, by and between City of Santa Ana, a charter city and <br />municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of <br />California ( "Lessor ") and Los Angeles SMSA Limited Partnership d /b /a Verizon Wireless <br />( "Lessee "). <br />WITNESSETH: <br />That Lessor hereby leases to Lessee and Lessee hereby leases from Lessor a portion of <br />that certain real property (the "Property ") in the State of California, County of Orange, City of <br />Santa Ana commonly known as 2115 W. McFadden Avenue, Santa Ana, CA 92703, a legal <br />description of which is shown in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, <br />under the terms and conditions of the unrecorded Land Lease Agreement by and between Lessor <br />and Lessee, and incorporated herein by reference (the "Agreement ") for an initial term of ten <br />(10) years, commencing on the Commencement Date, as defined in the Agreement, and three (3) <br />subsequent optional extension terms of five (5) years each, pursuant to the terms of the <br />Agreement.
