Downtown Specific Plan Area & Laguna Canyon Road Parking Management Plan. <br />Subconsultant to RBF. City of Laguna Beach, CA. Contract Term: June 2012 — June 2013. <br />Subcontract amount: $13,000. <br />Provided a menu of parking <br />management concepts for <br />consideration, including parking <br />management, parking pricing, parking <br />supply, and parking zoning and <br />administration. Project addressed <br />differential demand patterns in non -peak <br />and summer festival seasons. <br />Considered impact of growth on future <br />parking demand.
