Public Hearing Transcript <br />The following is a certified transcript of comments concerning this <br />project made at the public hearing held before the City of Santa Ana <br />Planning Commission on July 10, 1989. Many of these comments <br />generally addressed the Bristol Street project, but did not relate <br />specifically to the DEIS or to environmental effects of the project. No y <br />responses are therefore provided for these comments. Those comments <br />that did specifically address the DEIS or specific environmental effects <br />of the project were listed and responded to in Subsection A of this <br />Section IV.
