The Notice of Preparation should include an <br />environmental checklist which lists environmental impacts <br />not found to be significant as well as those to be addressed <br />in the draft EIR. This would greatly help us adequately <br />review your documents in the future. <br />2. Number Four (j) indicates that an air quality analysis <br />section will be included in the draft environmental impact <br />report for this proposed project. The air quality section <br />should include construction related emissions, mobile source <br />emissions, emissions from energy consumption, and all <br />feasible mitigation measures to offset any adverse air <br />quality effects.
