The 2014/2015 <br />hourly rates are as follows; <br />Appraisal Preparation $295.00 <br />Litigation Support $295,00 - $395.00 <br />Deposition and Court Testimony $395.00 <br />PRICING DETAIL <br />Goodwill loss appraisal fees are based on the relative complexity of the assignment and litigation <br />requirements. Goodwill loss appraisal fees for various types of businesses are as follows: <br />Busitimm Type/Complexity <br />Budgetary Estimate of Goodwill Loss <br />Small Sole Proprietorship <br />(Le, accountant, halt salon, liquor store) <br />Retail Type Business <br />(i.e. restaurant, gasoline station, 990 Store) <br />Larger Industrial/alarculacturing <br />Typical Appraisal Fee <br />$2,000 <br />$3,500 - $5,500 <br />$4,500 — $6.500 <br />$6,500 - $12,500 <br />Actual appraisal fees could vary for individual appraisal assignments, depending on the facts <br />surrounding the matter. No subconsultatit costs would be incurred. <br />PROPOSED REEVIBURSABLES <br />Donna Desmond Associates does not charge for any costs, with the exception of trial exhibits <br />produced by an outside from.
