RFP No. 13 -075 On -Call Right of Way Specialty Services <br />Specialty Area (A4) Acquisition, Relocation, and Property Management Services <br />City of Anaheim, CA <br />Various Acquisition and Relocation Projects <br />OPC has worked with the City of Anaheim since the 1990s, Since then, <br />we have performed numerous projects including: <br />• The State College and Orangewood Street Improvement Project <br />consisted of 13 complex partial take acquisitions. <br />• The Anaheim and Ball Street Improvement Project required the <br />acquisition of a 5 parcel hiking trail and a 4 parcel partial take. <br />• OPC prepared a relocation plan and provided relocation services for <br />90 residential occupants, including residents of three mobile home <br />parks for the federally funded Gene Autry Way Extension Project. <br />• OPC provided all relocation services for various portions of the <br />City's Katella Avenue Smart Street Widening Project which displaced <br />over 30 residential occupants and several businesses. OPC prepared <br />the relocation plan and provided property management services. <br />• For the Brookhurst Widening, it was necessary for the City to <br />acquire 23 properties for project. OPC provided all relocation <br />services for the occupants of 22 single - family residences in the <br />project area and provided interim property management and <br />property services. <br />Staff: Mark La Bonte, Michele Folk, Daniela Borbe, Laura Kane <br />City of Newport Beach <br />Jamboree at SR73 & Jamboree - Bristol to Fairchild <br />The Jamboree at SR73 project involved the widening of Jamboree <br />Road at the SR 73 overcrossing in the City of Newport Beach. <br />Improvements included widening an & lane bridge to a 10 lane bridge, <br />reconstructing the median, and constructing a retaining wall located <br />adjacent to a commercial property. OPC was responsible for partial <br />acquisitions and TCE's. This project involved Caltrans oversight. <br />OPC worked as a subconsultant on the Jamboree - Bristol project. This <br />project involved appraisal and partial acquisition of 4 properties for a <br />road widening project for the City. Because the affected properties <br />were within the City of Irvine, the team formulated a plan to secure <br />all needed rights by way of voluntary negotiation. <br />Staff: Ray Armstrong, Daniela Borbe <br />25age4179 <br />
