• Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center (ARTIC) Property - 2011. Appraised a <br />maintenance yard with office and service buildings for internal asset evaluation purposes and <br />possible ground lease negotiations. <br />Key Personnel: Sharon A. Hennessey, MAI, SR/WA, Susan D. Taylor, and Joseph S. Montano <br />• Auto Center Drive, Buena Park - 2012. Reviewed five appraisals of vacant land prepared by <br />other firms to determine their accuracy and compliance with state and federal guidelines. <br />Key Personnel: Sharon A. Reviewed eight reports prepared by another firm to <br />determine their accuracy and compliance with state and federal guidelines. Reviewed an appraisal of a 16.47 -acre industrial parcel to <br />determine if the report complied with Federal Transit Authority guidelines. <br />Key Personnel: Sharon A.
