ANR Homes <br />was selected to help implement the single - family <br />components. OHDC and C & C Development were <br />selected to help implement the multiple - family <br />component of the awards. <br />This program has been successful in acquiring, <br />rehabilitating, and selling more than 150 units to <br />date. <br />Appropriateness: <br />This program will continue for the 2014 -2021 <br />period. <br />AA& <br />D -21 <br />
