The EA /FONSI was <br />prepared according to HUD's preferred format. A historic and archaeological resources assessment was prepared by <br />Rincon, in conjunction with the EA /FONSI to meet the requirements of Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation <br />Act. The project <br />involves developing 70 affordable apartment units on 2.26 acres. Currently the site is developed with an approximately <br />20,000 square foot commercial building, constructed in 1966.
