(hereafter referred to as Palo Verde). Landscape West <br />purchased Palo Verde in April of 2013. Palo Verde has been providing quality landscape mainte- <br />nance services since 1982. Palo Verde Landscape Management Co. specializes in providing land- <br />scaping services to community associations, HONs, planned urban developments, industrial <br />parks, office parks, and County Parks, Palo Verde Landscape Management Co. and its employ- <br />ees take pride in providing a very high quality of maintenance and service. One way we maintain <br />this hight level of quality maintenance is by communication with our clients on a regular basis. <br />We insures our clients needs are met and satisfied by fulfilling our customer needs of improving <br />the property versus simply maintaining it. <br />Geographic Coverage <br />Landscape West currently services San Bernardino County, Los Angeles County, Orange <br />County, and Riverside County. <br />Current Contract with Similar Scope of Work (SOW) <br />Landscape West currently holds several contract that are similar in SOW to the City of Santa Ana <br />Bid No. 13 -068. One of the contract is with the Housing Authority of San Bernardino the annual <br />contract amount is $ 333,299 per year.
