Regional Supervisor: The Regional Supervisor will inspect the site twice per week <br />Certified Irrigator: One frill time Irrigator to work 40 bours per week <br />Foreman: One fidl time Foremen to work 40 Hours per week <br />Mowing Crew: A Three man mowing crew will be supplied once per week (approx. weekly his 24) <br />For Ball Field Maintenance Weekly Schedule please refer to page 13 -17 for more information <br />Speciality Crews will be provided for select items like; aeration, fertilization, herbicide <br />spraying, post + Pre emergent turf spraying <br />Safety Program <br />Employee Handbook <br />Every employee that is hired by Landscape West is presented with an Employee Handbook in <br />both English and Spanish, This handbook is filled with company policy and safety information. <br />All employees are required to abide by all safety programs. A copy of the Handbook and Safety <br />information can be provided upon request during the solicitation process. <br />Tailgate Safety Meetings <br />Every employee attends weekly safety tailgate meetings. Topics are presented by the crew fore- <br />man or regional supervisor. Tailgate safety meetings are to help remind and inform employees in <br />the importance of safety in the workplace. <br />Safety Gear <br />Landscape West Employees are all equipped with safety vest, uniforms , gloves, ear protectors, <br />masks, hats, boots, and goggles.
