AGMTS - VETERINARY SERVICES FOR THE SANTA ANA ZOO AT PRENTICE <br />PARK - Parks, Recreation & Community Services Agency <br /> <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTIONS: <br /> <br /> <br />1.Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute an amendment <br />to the agreement with Dr. Scott Weldy, dba Serrano Animal & Bird Hospital, for <br />veterinary services at the Santa Ana Zoo at Prentice Park, increasing total <br />compensation from $75,000 to $84,500, subject to non-substantive changes <br />approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br /> <br /> <br />2.Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute a new <br />agreement with Dr. Scott Weldy, dba Serrano Animal & Bird Hospital, for <br />veterinary services at the Santa Ana Zoo at Prentice Park in the amount of <br />$84,500, which includes a 30% contingency, for a one-year term with two one- <br />year options under the same terms and conditions, exercisable by the City <br />Manager, beginning July 1, 2014 and renewing on July 1, 2015 and July 1, 2016, <br />subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City <br />Attorney. <br /> <br /> <br />25C. AGMT - ZUMBA INSTRUCTION SERVICES - Parks, Recreation & Community <br />Services Agency <br /> <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTIONS: <br /> <br /> <br />1.Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute an amendment <br />to the agreement with Maria Maddock, increasing a compensation from $25,000 <br />to an amount not-to-exceed $30,000, annually, subject to non-substantive <br />changes approved by the City Manager and the City Attorney. <br /> <br /> <br />2.Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute a new <br />agreement with Maria Maddock in an amount not-to-exceed $30,000 for a one- <br />year term with two one-year options under the same terms and conditions, <br />exercisable by the City Manager, beginning July 1, 2014 and renewing on July 1, <br />2015 and July 1, 2016, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City <br />Manager and City Attorney. <br /> <br /> <br />25D.
