Describe the process used to capture and report fiscal data. <br />The City of Santa Ana uses the Lawson Financial Management System to capture, report, and monitor revenues <br />and expcnditures. Grants are provided a unique accounting unit and activities are used to track grant program <br />expenditures and grant matching fiords. Every expenditure requires an accounting unit and activity number. <br />Lawson is capable of generating reports at the accounting unit or activity number level. <br />B.
