24. NON-DISCRIMINATION. Tenant herein covenants by and for itself, its heirs, executors, <br />administrators and assigns and all persons claiming under or through it, and this Sublease is made and <br />accepted upon and subject to the following conditions. That there shall be no discrimination against or <br />segregation of any person or group of persons on account of race, gender, genetic information, sexual <br />preference, gender expression, gender identity, medical condition, marital status, pregnancy, color, <br />creed, national origin, ancestry, disability, handicap or status as a veteran, in the leasing, subleasing, <br />transferring, use, occupancy, tenure or enjoyment of the Premises herein Subleased, nor shall Tenant <br />Itself, or any person claiming under or through It, establish or permit such practice or practices of <br />discrimination or segregation with reference to the selection, location, number, use or occupancy of <br />tenants, lessees, subleases, subtenants or vendees in the Premises. <br />8 1 P a g e <br />
