Section 7.11. Notices. During the Term of this Lease Agreement, the City shall provide to <br />the Assignees: <br />(a) immediate notice by telephone, promptly confirmed in writing, of any event, action <br />or failure to take any action which constitutes an Event of Default under this Lease Agreement, <br />together with a detailed statement by a City Representative of the steps being taken by the City <br />to cure the effect of such Event of Default. <br />(b) prompt written notice of any Material Litigation, or any investigation, inquiry or <br />similar proceeding by any Governmental Authority. <br />(c) with reasonable promptness, such other information respecting the City, and the <br />operations, affairs and financial condition of the City as the ssi nees may from time to time <br />reasonably request. <br />-26- <br />
