"Principal Account" means the account of that name established under Section <br />01(a) hereof. <br />"Rebate Fund" means the fiend by that name established under Section 7.02(a) <br />hereof. <br />"Rebate Requirement" shall have the meaning set forth in the Tax Certificate. <br />"Record Date" means the fifteenth day preceding an Interest Payment Date, <br />whether or not such day is a Business Day. <br />"Redemption Account" means the account by that name established under <br />Section 5.01(a) hereof. <br />"Revenues" means all Installment Payments pursuant to the Installment Purchase <br />Agreement, and the interest or profits from the investment of money in any account or fiord <br />(other than the Rebate Fund) pursuant to Section 6.05. <br />"S &P" means Standard & Poor's Ratings Services, its successors and assigns, <br />and if such entity shall be deemed to refer to any other nationally recognized securities rating <br />agency (other than Moody's) designated by the Authority. <br />"Securities Depositories" means The Depository Trust Company, 55 Water <br />Street, 50th Floor, New York, New York, 10041 -0099, Attn.: Call Notification Department, Fax <br />(212) 855 -7232; and, in accordance with then current guidelines of the Securities and Exchange <br />Commission, such other addresses and/or such other securities depositories as the Authority may <br />designate in a Certificate of the Authority delivered to the Trustee. <br />"Serial Bonds" means Bonds for which no sinking fund payments are provided. <br />"Sinking Account" means the account by that name established under Sections <br />5.01(a) and 6.03(b) hereof. <br />"State" means the State of California. <br />"Supplemental Indenture" means any indenture then in full force and effect <br />which has been duly executed and delivered by the Authority and the Trustee amendatory hereof <br />or supplemental hereto; but only if and to the extent that such Supplemental Indenture is <br />specifically authorized hereunder. <br />"Tax Certificate" means the certificate delivered with respect to the Bonds on <br />which it is intended that interest thereon will be excluded from gross income pursuant to Section <br />103 of the Code. <br />"Term Bonds" means Bonds which are payable on or before their specified <br />maturity dates from sinking fiord payments established for that purpose and calculated to retire <br />such Bonds on or before their specified maturity dates. <br />55394.00011 \8754149.4 80- 1U 79 <br />
