The SUB - RECIPIENT shall Incorporate the foregoing subsections of this <br />Section into every agreement that it enters into in connection with this project <br />and shall substitute the term "subcontractor" for the term "SUB- RECIPIENT" <br />and "sub subcontractor" for "Subcontractor". <br />§412.
