ATTACHMENT NO. 1 <br />SUB -CONTRACTOR <br />PRESSURE WASH MAINTENANCE <br />DISTRICTS 1-2-3-4-A <br />1.0 Scope of Work <br />1.1 City Business License and Federal Tax Identification Number are required for <br />pressure washing contractors specializing in pavement and surface high- <br />pressure and high -heat cleaning services. <br />1.2 REQUIRED SUB -CONTRACTORS <br />Contractor shall enter into separate agreements with one of the contractors listed <br />below.
