4. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION <br />This Schedule A contains confidential information of LN. Customer acknowledges that the disclosure of such <br />information could cause competitive harm to LN, and as such, Customer agrees to maintain Schedule A in trust <br />and confidence and take reasonable precautions against such disclosure to any third party. <br />5. JURISDICTION -VENUE <br />Notwithstanding, Section 11 of the LN Application and Agreement, this Agreement has been executed and <br />delivered in the State of California and the validity, interpretation, performance, and enforcement of any of the <br />clauses of this Agreement shall be determined and governed by the laws of the State of California together with <br />applicable federal law.
