The 5 -acre property is an hlslorio�age orchard landscape of which <br />the major features Include the remnants of a Valencia orange orchard, a residence, and a garage (McClelland at al. 1989, Revised 1999:15.18; <br />Delon 2009:180). The land has heart historically used as an orange orchard since c. 1013, when it was likely planted by Perry Grout, and as the <br />Soxlinger farilly's residence and orchard from 1014 to 2006. The boundary of the landscape Is demarcated by the boundaries of the 5•acrel <br />parcel occupied by Ilia Soxlinger family for 90 years.
