Sexlinger Farmhouse and Orchard <br />Residential Development Project <br />CEQA Findings <br />• All significant adverse impacts on the environment due to the approval of the project <br />have been eliminated or substantially lessened to an impact that is less than significant. <br />13.0 Approvals <br />The City of Santa Ana hereby takes the following actions: <br />1. The City has certified the Final EIR for the project, as described in Section 1.0 above. <br />2. The City hereby adopts, incorporates into the project and makes a condition of the project <br />approval, all mitigation measures in the Final EIR, and as discussed in the Findings section <br />(Section 2.0). <br />3. The City hereby adopts the Mitigation Monitoring Program, accompanying the Final EIR and <br />discussed in the Findings section. <br />4. The City hereby adopts the Findings in their entirety, as set forth above. <br />5. Having certified the Final EIR, independently reviewed and analyzed the Final EIR, incorporated <br />mitigations into the project as conditions of project approval, and adopted the Findings, the City <br />hereby approves the Sexlinger Farmhouse and Orchard Residential Development Project, as <br />described in the Final EIR. <br />75841590 "Exhibit A" <br />
