150g0�4s "ABOLVI5HS T'AflOgr f'SA &xlubd A <br />April 15. 2.0 4 <br />Fee for Service: <br />The fee for service shall be $4,995.00 unless the AGREEMENT is otherwise amended in <br />writing to include additional services, <br />Schedule of Payments: <br />Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and is subject to the schedule of payments for services <br />rendered as follows: <br />Upon delivery of Implementation Plan $ 4.995.00 <br />Total of Services $ 4,995.00 <br />Schedule of Payments: <br />Payment Is due upon receipt of invoice and is subject to the schedule of payments for services <br />rendered. For terms of contract extending beyond a thirty (30) calendar day period, BhLA shall <br />submit a request for payment to the CITY on a monthly basis that describes ShLA's services <br />provided and the costs expended during the month. <br />The term for payment shall be net ten (10) calendar days. Payments delinquent net thirty (30) <br />calendar days shall bear interest at a rate of eighteen percent (18 %) per annum compounded <br />monthly for the unpaid balance including accrued interest. The CLIENT shall pay BhLA for all <br />expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, incurred in the collection of any payment due. <br />Schedule for Service: <br />Within ten (10) business days of receipt of a written Notice to Proceed from the CITY, BhLA <br />shall commence services on the project. Upon commencement, BhLA shall diligently proceed <br />and shall complete the stated service within twenty -one days from commencement. <br />Deliverable to Client: <br />As part of the Scope of Services, ShLA shall deliver* to the CLIENT the item(s) as follows: <br />s Two bound copies of the Evaluation Report and Implementation Plan <br />"Cost of all reprographic, reproduction, digital Imaging, scanning and similar costs associated with the <br />designs and construction documents shall be reimbursed by the CLIENT to BhLA as noted in the <br />Reimbursable Expenses section below. <br />Additional Services: <br />The services noted below are expressly not a part of the Scope of Services included in the <br />AGREEMENT however they may, by further negotiation, be added through a written <br />amendment to the AGREEMENT as additional service(s): <br />Architectural Design Services <br />Re- inspection Services (as may be required after corrective actions are performed and <br />further CASp determination isis r_equested) <br />Client Initial _„,__ ahul Initial <br />Page 2 of 5 <br />1, ttio <br />
