| Jim Kolk is an industrial engineer with more than 20 years of project management experience. 
<br />Jim has extensive expertise in wastewater /sewer system program support, including fats, oils, 
<br />and grease (FOG) program development, industrial wastewater pretreatment program 
<br />development, sanitary sewer overflow (SSO) response and data management, storm water
