"bodily injury" to an "employee" while in the course of the "employee's" employment by you or while performing duties related to the conduct of your business; when such "bodily injury" arises out of a "health care incident.° 3. Paragraphs 2.a. (1)(a), (b) and (c) of SECTION 11— WHO IS AN INSURED do not apply to "bodily injury" for which insurance Is provided this Provision 13. 4. Paragraph 2.a.(1)(d) of SECTION II — WHO IS AN INSURED is deleted. G. This coverage does not apply: a, Prior to the termination date of any joint venture, partnership or limited liability company; b. If there is other valid and collectible insurance purchased specifically to Insure the partnership, joint venture or limited liability company; or c.
